Celebrating BTC’s Nursing Class of Fall 2025

Bolivar Technical College (BTC) honored graduates from the Class of 2025 during our commencement ceremony on Saturday, December 13th in Bolivar, Missouri. Family, friends, faculty, and clinical partners gathered to recognize students who completed nursing programs that prepare them to step confidently into their nursing careers.

For BTC alumni, moments like commencement are familiar. They represent the long hours, clinical rotations, and determination it takes to reach this milestone. The Fall Class of 2025 carried that same commitment forward as they completed programs designed to support both new and advancing nurses.

“This ceremony marks the hard work, resilience, and heart each of these students has carried throughout their program,” said BTC President, Charlotte Gray. “Our graduates are stepping into a profession that needs them, and we’re proud to see them begin or continue their impact in patient care.”

Reaching This Milestone

Graduates from the Practical Nursing (LPN) program celebrated the completion of BTC’s one-year certificate program. They were recognized by clinical partners who consistently noted their professionalism, eagerness to learn, and strong bedside skills. Graduates are now preparing for the NCLEX-PN exam, the final step before beginning work as licensed practical nurses.

Professional Nursing graduates reached this milestone after completing 73 credit hours of coursework and clinicals. Throughout the program, students balanced intensive study with hands-on training in real healthcare facilities. Their experiences in diverse patient-care settings helped prepare them as compassionate professionals ready to step confidently into the workforce and meet the needs of their communities.

The RN to BSN Class of 2025 completed the flexible, one-year online bachelor’s degree program designed to support working registered nurses (RNs) who want to advance their knowledge and opportunities in their career. Many of these graduates previously completed a program at BTC and chose to return for their next step; a reflection of the college’s strong support system, personal connection, and trusted learning environment.

BTC is currently enrolling for 2026 nursing programs: LPN, RN, RN Bridge (for LPNs and Paramedics), and RN to BSN.
