Savana is an instructor for our online RN to BSN Completion program. She graduated from SBU with an Associates degree in Nursing in 2009, then with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2010. In 2017, she graduated from WGU with her MSN in Nursing Education, then obtained a DNP in Nursing Education from Regis College in 2021.
Savana worked for about three years as an RN on a medical-surgical floor at Mercy Hospital before transitioning into nursing education. She then worked as a Clinical Educator for several years on a medical-surgical unit then an oncology/hospice unit. She recently began working as a Nursing Instructor in an ASN program, which has led her to now teaching our RN to BSN transitions class.
