Transcript Request
Bolivar Technical College has partnered with Parchment for all student transcripts services. Documents can now be sent electronically or by mail with Parchment.
To request an electronic transcript, follow the prompts to create your Parchment account and make your request. You can select if you want your documents to be sent digitally through email or by mail to the recipient. Expedited mailing options are available at an additional charge. Please have the email address (digital) or mailing address (physical copy) of the recipient ready when placing your order.
Many transcript recipients require an electronic transcript be sent directly from BTC in order for the transcript to be considered official. We recommend contacting the recipient to determine if they will accept a transcript as official that is forwarded from your email.
Parchment can send Enrollment Verification letters and Graduation Verification letters in addition to Official Transcripts.
